How long is the warranty, and what does it covered?With Phone Medic, we offer an industry-leading 12-month warranty on screen repair services. Warranty only covers defects or malfunctions on parts, and doesn't cover any physical or water damage after the replacement.

How long does laptop screen replacement take?Once the part arrived Phone Medic Milton Workshop, most laptop screen replacements will be ready in 3-4 Hours.

How long will a repair take after I drop off the device?Phone Medic technicians will try their best to finish most of the repair in 45 minutes. Some repairs can take extra time; for example, waiting for laptop LCD repalcement parts to arrive usually next day, motherboard and data recovery may take up to 3 Days.

How long Motherboard Repair will take?Most of the Motherboard Repair and Data Recovery Services in Phome Medic will be ready in 1 - 3 days. In some cases, we have to arrange parts for the damaged motherboard, which might take some extra time. However, we will keep you posted alone the whole time or Contact Us if you need the update.

Does replacing phone screen or battery delete data?No, it's minor if you lost data when we replaced your cracked phone screens or dead batteries. However, we still highly recommend our customers do data backup on regular routine or before the repairs.
